My husband and I rented this studio for three months and enjoyed our stay. The studio is in an excellent location, one block from a vibrant night market, close to the subway, convenient bus stop, and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The studio is kept very clean and it is in a quiet building. It has all the amenities you would need - washing machine, air con, tv with cable, wireless Internet, etc. and it comes stocked with your basic necessities. The landlords are very nice and accessible and it's a great place to live. We moved here from another apartment in the city, and this studio was definitely nicer than the place we left!
I rented this apartment for two months. It was in a great location to explore the Da'an district and the close proximity to the night market was a bonus. The studio itself is very clean and all the essential amenities are included. Lisa and Vincent were extremely accommodating and helpful. After renting places in Japan, China, Vietnam, Philippines, Canada and Taiwan I feel that Lisa is the best landlord I have dealt with in any country.
I lived at the studio for nearly 3 months while studying Chinese and it turned out to feel like a real home for me. The studio is beautifully renovated and very clean. It accommodates all one needs in a very efficient manner: A small kitchen, bathroom, leaving area, double bad, study area, washer machine and drying area as well as lots of stocking places for clothes, shoes and even for the luggage. The Daan area in itself is one of the best places in town and the proximity to the night market makes it even worthier. But what really made my experience extraordinary was the service I got from Lisa - the landlord. She responded to issues I had instantaneously and sorted them out immediately. She also went out of her way to help me sort out personal issues like seeing a doctor, assigning a prepaid sim card etc. I thus received a service similar to a very good hotel service for a by far cheaper price.
